Phyto-Cernes Eclat eye concealer is a tinted anti-dark circles product. It instantly masks dark circles and darkened areas (ultra-pure pigments), reduces puffiness and signs of fatigue (extracts of Red Vine, Arnica, and Ginkgo biloba), visibly smoothes wrinkles and fine lines while enhancing the beauty of the area around the eye.

  • How to Apply: Using light strokes apply the metallic tip to the eye contour for a cool decongesting effect. Then apply Phyto-Cernes Eclat with the brush or by tapping with the fingertips moving from the interior to the exterior corner of the eye. May also be used as a concealer. Wash the brush regularly with soap and water. Allow to air dry.
