If you are looking for a skincare-focus primer, it is best to prep with our Pure Canvas Hydrating Primer. Follow with our Tinted Moisturizer or Foundation. To use the TLSP Ultra Blur, saturate the Velour Puff with powder, working the powder into the puff by folding and rubbing the halves together. Tap off excess. Press puff onto skin using a rolling motion to work the powder into the face and set makeup. For extra hold, use our Ultra Blur Setting Spray. "
