  • How to Apply: Shake the bottle well to mix the two phases and soak a cotton pad in the Instant Eye Make-Up Remover. Lightly press the pad onto the lashes for 10 seconds. Slide the cotton pad downwards and then upwards gently lifting the lashes. Fold the cotton pad in half and place under the eye slide outwards and dry. For the second eye take a new cotton pad and repeat the same process.
