Squeeze stress-fix creme cleansing oil into cupped hand bring to your nose and take 3 deep breaths. 2. Smooth onto body using circular motions at your joints and long fluid motions in between. 3. Rinse. Close your eyes and inhale hold and exhale. 4. Open your eyes feeling refreshed and ready for your day.
