The Fenwick Bakery Academy

Introducing the Fenwick Bakery Academy—a hands-on, progressive baking experience designed especially for children who love to get creative in the kitchen.

Introducing the Fenwick Bakery Academy

The Fenwick Bakery Academy is a hands-on baking experience designed especially for children aged 412 years old who love to get creative in the kitchen. Through a series of progressive classes, children will discover new recipes, master baking techniques and build confidence as they work towards graduating from the Academy.

A Journey That Grows With Them

The Bakery Academy is designed as an eight-class journey, with each session introducing new recipes, techniques and creative challenges. Children can complete the programme over an 18-month period, returning during school holidays to continue their baking journey at a pace that suits them.

New Academy classes are released throughout the year, with exciting new sessions launching each school holiday. From summer and autumn to Christmas, February half term and Easter, every class offers a fresh baking experience while helping children progress through the Academy.

Collect, Learn and Achieve

Every child begins their Academy journey by receiving their own Fenwick Bakery Academy Booklet. After each class, they'll add a new recipe card to their collection, gradually building a recipe book filled with bakes they can recreate at home. They'll also receive a stamp in their booklet to track their progress through the Academy.

As they progress through the programme, the rewards continue. After completing four Academy classes, they'll receive an exclusive Fenwick Bakery Academy apron to wear with pride as they continue their journey. Once all eight classes have been completed, they'll graduate from the Academy and receive a special prize and certificate to celebrate everything they've achieved.

Alongside the core Academy programme, selected bonus workshops, including Pizza Workshops and seasonal events, provide even more opportunities to get involved, explore different styles of baking and earn additional Academy points.

The Academy Experience

Designed for small groups of up to eight children, every Academy class offers plenty of hands-on guidance in a relaxed and supportive environment. Each session includes a freshly prepared lunch before children package up their delicious creations to take home and share with family and friends.

From collecting recipe cards and earning rewards to learning new skills and celebrating every milestone, the Fenwick Bakery Academy is more than a baking class – it's a memorable journey that inspires creativity, builds confidence and nurtures a lifelong love of baking.
