Christmas is a time for cherished traditions, and Santa on the Roof is one of ours. Each year, our snowy rooftop transforms with a fresh, festive theme, ready to welcome you from Monday 2nd November to Thursday 24th December 2026. Meet Santa, his merry elves, and create unforgettable memories.

 

What to expect:

Your journey begins at the third-floor entrance, where Santa’s elves will greet you and whisk you away in the Express Elevator to the rooftop.

Next, step into Santa's cosy cabin, where the man himself will be waiting to hear your Christmas wishes. Don't forget to click your list twice!

From there, it's off to Santa's workshop for some festive crafting fun with the elves. After all that excitement, take a well-deserved break at Café Claus. Parents can indulge in mulled wine, spiced apple juice, or a rich hot chocolate, paired with a classic mince pie. Little ones can enjoy a hot chocolate or juice, and Christmas biscuits (gluten and dairy-free options available.

Tickets are £25 per person, but this year, why not make it extra special? Gather your loved ones and book an exclusive slot for up to six people for £120. It's the perfect way to enjoy this magical experience together.


Registration and Ticket Purchase Process:

This year, we’re continuing with a pre-registration system to ensure a smoother ticketing process for Santa on the Roof. Pre-registration is exclusively available to MyFenwick Loyalty members. If you’re not already a member, sign up here before registering.


Key Dates:

  • Registration Opens to MyFenwick Loyalty: 10am, Tuesday 22nd September
  • Registration Closes: 11:59pm, Sunday 27th September
  • Selected Registrants Notified: Wednesday 30th September
  • Ticket Sale Opens to Successful Registrants: 10am, Wednesday 7th October


How it works

  1. Sign up to MyFenwick Loyalty online or in store (if you are already signed up – skip this step)
  2. Pre-Registration: MyFenwick Loyalty members will be sent a personal link via email to register. Complete the registration form with your details upon receiving. You’ll receive an email confirming your submission. Only one entry per email address is allowed.
  3. Authentication: Click the link in your confirmation email to authenticate your registration.
  4. Selection: A limited number of registrants will be randomly selected by a third party to access the ticket sale. Successful applicants will receive a unique purchase link via email.


Important notes

  • Pre-registration does not guarantee access to tickets.
  • Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Customers not selected will be placed on a waiting list and may be invited to
    purchase tickets if additional slots become available.

Ticket details:

  • Adult and children’s tickets: £25 each.
  • Children under 2: Free.
  • Maximum group size: 6 guests (excluding under 2s).
  • Experience duration: 45 minutes to 1 hour.
