On Thursday 23rd April at 6:30pm, join us at Fuego, Fenwick Newcastle, for an exclusive evening of cocktails, conversation and craft spirits with Carmen O’Neal, founder of sustainable distillery 58 and CO.

Hosted by Carmen herself (also known as Cocktail Carmen), this guided tasting experience will take you on a journey through expertly crafted cocktails and the story behind the spirits. Throughout the evening, Carmen will share her knowledge of gin, flavour pairings and cocktail-making techniques, with live demonstrations along the way.

Guests will begin the evening with a welcome drink, followed by two cocktails made live by Carmen, while learning more about the artistry of mixology and the ethos behind one of the UK’s most exciting sustainable spirits brands. To accompany the drinks, guests will enjoy a selection of continental charcuterie and cheeses, carefully chosen to complement the cocktails and enhance the tasting experience.
