Join us at Fuego for a relaxed yet refined evening celebrating the fresh, vibrant flavours of summer reds. Chilled Reds of Summer brings together a carefully chosen selection of red wines that shine when served slightly cooler—bright, fruit-forward and effortlessly food-friendly.

Hosted by our in-house wine specialist, Steve Day, this guided tasting will explore grape varieties, regions and winemaking styles, with expert insight into what makes each bottle distinct—and how a simple chill can transform the experience in the warmer months.

Each pour will be thoughtfully paired with bites created by our Fuego chefs, designed to complement and elevate the character of every wine. Expect an engaging, sociable evening of discovery, conversation and beautifully matched flavours.
