Nana Maggie’s Menu: A New Menu with Newcastle United

From 31st March, Fenwick and Fuego Newcastle are launching Nana Maggie’s Menu, a unique culinary menu developed with Newcastle United players Jacob Ramsey, Lewis Miley, Nick Woltemade and life-long Newcastle United fan Nana Maggie.

Fuego diners can enjoy three new small plates every day for two weeks from 31st March until 14th April, after which they will be available in Fuego Newcastle on home match days only until the end of the football season.

The menu features three of Nana Maggie's favourite dishes, each brought to life with the players’ personal touches: 

• Gambas Cocktail with Lemon & Saffron Aioli – Nana’s posh prawn cocktail, a beloved ‘70s classic, served with a zesty lemon and saffron aioli. 
• Lamb Souvlaki & Halloumi Skewer with Salmoriglio – Inspired by Nana’s travels around the Greek islands, finished with a bright lemon herb sauce from Italy. 
• Raspberry Bakewell Pizzette – A playful twist on the classic dessert, made with a soft dough base, topped with vanilla ice cream and flaked almonds for a deliciously indulgent finish.
