The Great North Run is about regional pride, ordinary people doing extraordinary things, it’s about heart. Since 1981 it's created memories, milestones and moments that stay with people for life, inspiring generation after generation.
What started as a fun run is now the world’s biggest half marathon with 63,000 runners lining up to take on the famous Newcastle to South Shields route this year.
At Fenwick, we’re delighted to partner once again with The Great Run Company, bringing a series of meaningful moments to life in celebration of the 2026 AJ Bell Great North Run, the 45th staging of the iconic event.

Thousands of runners are expected to visit for an early glimpse at the keepsakes that will come to define their 2026 finish line moment, plus to get their hands on the limited edition merchandise.
MUL X GNR45 PERSONALISED PRINTING EVENTS
The Class of 2026 have a unique opportunity to celebrate their participation with limited edition and personalised Mul x GNR45 merchandise. The personalised printing events will be held on the evening of Friday 11th and Saturday 12th September – with a very limited number of tickets available, places are expected to sell out fast. These exclusive events will give attendees the chance to see their merchandise printed, whilst being able to add their initials and Sir Brendan Foster’s signature (Great North Run founder) to their merchandise.
