The Toonali Pizza – Created by Sandro Tonali for Fuego

A taste of Italy comes to Newcastle with this authentic sourdough pizza. Topped with San Marzano tomato sauce, buffalo mozzarella, basil pesto, parmesan and a drizzle of olive oil. Watch Sandro demonstrate his expert dough-kneading techniques in our behind-the-scenes content.

Howay The Mag-Pie – Created by Fabian Schär for The Terrace

Hearty and satisfying, this signature pie features tender beef slow-cooked with Newcastle Ale and red wine in a golden suet pastry, served with creamy buttered mash and glazed carrots. Fabian reveals his secret ingredient for the perfect pie filling in our exclusive video.

Toon Toon, Black and White Cake – Created by Joe Willock for Mason & Rye

A celebration of Newcastle's colours with layers of vanilla sponge, strawberry jam filling, and rich buttercream decorated in iconic black and white. Joe shares his passion for baking and his all-time favourite desserts while creating this showstopper.
