The minimum amount to activate a gift card or e-gift card is £1 and the maximum card value is £1,000. 1. Promoter

The Promoter of this prize draw is Fenwick Limited, a company duly registered in England and Wales with company number 052411 and having its registered office at Elswick Court, Northumberland Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE99 1AR (Promoter).

2. Prize

2.1. 2.2. 2.3. The winner of the prize draw will receive two (2) NUFC Men’s (Adidas) Home Shirts, signed by players in NUFC Men’s First Team Squad (such players from the Men’s First Team Squad and the number of signatures shall be at NUFC’s sole discretion) (NUFC Home Shirt), and two (2) ‘Platinum Club’ tickets to the NUFC v Chelsea F.C football match on the 11 May 2025 at St James’ Park, Newcastle (Match Tickets) (together, the “Prize”). The Prize is subject to change at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

The Prize for the winner is non-negotiable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

4. Entry

To submit a valid entry, entrants must follow the Instagram page of the Promoter, like the Promoter’s Instagram post announcing the prize draw (Instagram Post) and tag a minimum of two (2) fellow NUFC supporters in the comments of the Instagram Post by the Closing Date. Unlimited entries per person are permitted.

5. Time and dates of entry

The opening date for entries is 18:00 GMT on 23 April 2025 (Opening Date). The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 GMT on 30 April 2025 (Closing Date). Entries received after this time will not be accepted or considered.

6. Selecting the winner

6.1. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process, as detailed in condition 6.2

6.2. below.

All entries will be collated into a Fenwick controlled spreadsheet, which will be reviewed by a Fenwick colleague who will filter out and remove incomplete or void entries. A random number generator will then be used to select the winner on 1st May 2025 (Draw Date).

7. Notification of the winner

7.1. The winner will be notified by the Promoter via a reply to their comment on the Promoter’s Instagram Post announcing the prize draw by 23:59 GMT on 1st May 2025. Please note that the winner will only be notified from the Promotor’s official Instagram page (@fenwickofficial).

In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) on request.

Receiving / collecting the Prize

The winner may collect the NUFC Home Shirts, forming part of the Prize, from the Fenwick Newcastle store (during usual opening times, further details of which can be found at Store Locator | Fenwick), or may have it posted to their home address (if provided to the Promoter via Instagram private message when the winner is notified they have won the Prize). To claim the Match Tickets, which forms the second part of the Prize, the winner must provide an email address to the Promoter (via Instagram private message to the Promotor) so that the Match Tickets can be sent digitally. The winner is responsible for providing a correct and accurate email address, ensuring it is free from typos. For the avoidance of doubt, providing an email address does not constitute consent to receive digital marketing from the Promoter.

The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on the winner’s behalf.

If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 3 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. The new winner would be required to respond to the Promotor in accordance with this condition 8.

9. Liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss or damage occurring as a result of the winner taking up the Prize. Participants’ statutory rights are not affected.

11. General
